Refund & Guarantee Policy – Modern Style

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE – 30 DAYS

At Modern Style, we want you to have an excellent shopping experience. For this reason, we offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee on products purchased individually (excluding promotional items or bundle packs).

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within this period at contacto@modernstylesac.com, and our team will provide you with the necessary steps to review your request.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY

All orders are processed within up to 24 business hours after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow the delivery status.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external logistical factors, especially during periods of high demand.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

1. Promotional Products and Bundle Packs

Special promotions, bundle packs and combined offers are not covered by the 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee.

For these products, a 5 calendar-day period applies only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect size sent by our team

Outside of these conditions, returns or refunds are not accepted for products purchased as part of promotions or bundles. Some of these items are produced to order and/or according to the sizes selected by the customer at the time of purchase.

2. Product and Size Selection

The customer is responsible for:

  • Reviewing the size guide available on the product page

  • Checking the items added to the basket before completing the purchase

Modern Style is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Additional items added to the basket by the customer

  • Purchases made without reviewing the product information

3. Refund Assessment

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with this policy and the terms in effect at the time the order was placed.
